I'm raising funds to support our amazing colleague K.C. Walpole's 11,000 mile motorcycle oddysey all across the U.S. raising awareness about Women & Children in our Jails and Prisons and what we can do about it.  K.C. has already logged 8,500 miles doing his presentations about the plight of Women and Children in our Jails and Prisons in churches and community centers all across the country and has about 2,500 miles to go.  Read the blogs from KC's amazing journey here.   Or go to PDN's blog site here.

Whle visiting our Prison Dharma Network offices her in Providence, Rhode Island his motorcylcle was destroyed with a direct hit by a tree knocked down by Hurricane Irene today, Sunday August 28th.  Please help us get K.C. back on the road to finish his tour. 

K.C. Walpole has been tirelessy brining the transformative power of mindfulness practices into prisons throughout the state of Florida for more than 20 years.  He is one of our most active Prison Dharma colleagues in the nation.  He currenly delivers mindfulness-based programs 5 days a week in a women's prison in Florida and runs a Zen monastery that accepts released prisoners as residents.
