Nick and I are both so glad to have you in attendance at our wedding, the most special day of our lives.  My aunt, Judy Newell, wanted so badly to be at our special day as well.  Sadly, on October 7, 2011, Judy passed away from pancreatic cancer. Judy was an amazing woman; a nurse at Mass General Hospital for many years, she was known as one of the best.  She was the best aunt a girl could ask for as well.  She supported me and encouraged me in every thing I did, including in my engagement to Nick,  Before she died, she told me how much she wanted to be at the wedding, but not to be sad, because she would be in my heart on that day and forever.

Nick and I decided we wanted to make Judy a part of our special day as much as possible.  In lieux of favors, we have donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.  We created this page so that if you wish to contribute more, you will be able to do so.

PanCan does amazing work to raise awareness for this disease and is working to contribute to fighting and preventing the disease as well.  Your contribution would mean so much not only to PanCan, but to us personally as well.
