This October my daughter Kelly and I will be fulfilling a dream of doing a marathon together, (Chicago 10/12/08), and helping to support a cause and an organization we both believe in.  World Vision works to tackle the root causes of poverty by working with children, families, and their communities to provide things like: clean water, health care, nutritious food, education, and economic opportunities.

Kelly and I will be joining a team from our old church in New York - Shelter Rock Church.  This will be Kelly's first marathon.  I completed the NYC Marathon 10 years ago.
