Won't you please support me?  As you know I've been a volunteer at the Humane Society of Broward County and each week get to see many wonderful pets get adopted.  I also see many pets that are waiting for their forever homes.

The HSBC is one of the largest animal welfare organizations in Florida and has more than 500 volunteers, provides low-cost spay/neuter services for pets that have homes, has an extensive education department that reaches over 100,000 students each year; has a pet loss support group and more.  As a private, non-profit organization that does not receive any tax dollars or funds from any national organization with a similar name, events such as the Walk for the Animals raise funds to care for the thousands of animals received and allows the shelter to offer numerous programs and services.
