Hi, my name is Frances Parrish, and I am sixteen years old.  My mom, Amy Parrish, has been fighting hard against Scleroderma for about twenty or more years. 

Scleroderma is hard on the patient and the patient's family.  Right now Mom is on oxygen twenty-four seven and she is limited to what she can do.  For one who was so used to being independent and able to be going all the time, Scleroderma has completly turned her life around.  She is still able to go places, but she gets out of breath so quickly due to lung scarring that it is hard for her to have a normally active day. 

Scleroderma turns many people's lives around whether, they are patients or family members. I am raising money to help find the cure so other people's lives aren't thrown into chaos.
