Voila! A new look for a great cause.

 

Special thanks to Max from the Children's National Medical Center for his shaving talents, to Ian and Enrique from the "Art of Shaving" salon who properly finished the job, but moreover to all the family and friends who showed up at the Jefferson to support the adventure.

The Children's National Medical Center Cancer Program in DC is one of the best in the country, but one of the best just isn’t good enough. In the next 5 years Children's National wants to recruit more top notch doctors, nurses, and researchers and become a true light house for children with cancer. My walking around with a bold head is not my aesthetical preference, nor is it the one of children undergoing chemiotherapy, but it will also help raising awareness and hopefully find better treatments more rapidly. Help me help them.
