Thank you for visiting my Personal Fundraising Page. It has been 23 years since I ran the Boston and NYC Marathons in 1986.  I am motivated this year by the memory of my grandfather Francesco Gentile who passed away in 1992 at the age of 90. He had been blind since 1944 when he was injured in a farm accident. He was a great son, husband, father and grandfather. In his youth he worked with other immigrants laying railroad track linking the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States. I will always cherish his memory and his wisdom and hope that you can help me help others like him who have lost their sight or at risk of doing so. Please support my goal for Team Eye and Ear.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
