Children's Heart Project
Fulton had open-heart surgery in January 1999 to repair several congenital heart defects. It is time for him to have a second surgery to insert a pulmonary valve. Fulton will have surgery on June 22, 2011. Many of you have offered to help. We are so incredibly blessed to live in a city with the latest in medical technology, to have jobs with health insurance and to be surrounded by incredibly supportive family and friends. The greatest gift you can give us it to donate to Samaritan's Purse - Children's Heart Project so that other familes without these blessings can have life saving open-heart surgery for their children.
I have registered for the Marine Corps Marathon in October 2011. I hope to stay on track with my training. If 100 of our friends donated $1 per mile to the Children's Heart Project, we would raise $2620 and one more child would be able to have the surgery he/she needed. Nothing would make us happier.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
