BRIGHT HAPPY POWER INC

ClaireBeaulieu
In memory of: Claire C. (Foley) Beaulieu

ClaireBeaulieu

From Claire's Family: Why did they choose this cause? "Mom was so touched by Jessie's story that when the girls [Claire's granddaughter Nicole and Jessie] were in preschool together mom would ask about Jessie every week." Even when Chris went back to work, Claire continued to ask frequently. Chris said, "She was truly saddened when Jessie died. When we started discussing charities yesterday and I said Bright Happy Power there was no question in anyone's mind that that is the one she would want. I hope that the donations will allow you to help families like your own."

Claire C. (Foley) Beaulieu, 71, beloved wife of Paul N. Beaulieu, with whom she shared 45 years of marriage, died unexpectedly Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Beverly Hospital. Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Sophia (Graczyk) Foley and was the stepdaughter of Clara Foley.

Claire was a1958 graduate of Beverly High School. Following high school, Claire graduated from Essex County School of Cosmetology and was a hair dresser at Almy’s Hair Salon in Beverly. While raising her family Claire ran a small day care in her home. In the ‘90s she worked for the Beverly High School cafeteria. Claire took great pride in her home and family. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren and always put them first. She opened her home to friends and family and would always have time to listen. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, crocheting, traveling and was an avid Boston sports fan. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter: Christine L. Senechal and her husband, Peter of Ipswich; one son: David M. Beaulieu and his wife, Christine M. Gagnon of Beverly; two grandchildren: Colin and Nicole Senechal both of Ipswich; brother-in-law: Alfred L. Beaulieu of Lynn; sister-in-law: Linda I. Nuccio and her husband Dr. Eugene Nuccio of Colorado; step-sister: Patricia Foley of Salem and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Claire’s Memory to Bright Happy Power, 49 Main St., Ipswich, MA 01938 or visit http://www.brighthappypower.org
