We are excited to be in super-training/fundraising mode for the National Marathon & Half-Marathon that is quickly approaching!

The three of us are combining forces to raise money for the incredible organization of Active Minds in honor of Thomas's brother Daniel Sheffer, who passed away in December 2008. (find out more about Daniel at www.danielsheffer.com)

With chapters at almost 250 colleges and universities across the US, including Virginia Tech, Active Minds is truly a source of inspiration in their efforts to break down stigmas associated with mental health issues. There is still a long way to go and every donation helps! An added bonus is that over the next couple of months every donation to Active Minds will be matched!
