Our family has been involved in this effort for several years now.  Because of the efforts of this foundation and dedicated physicians funded by your donations, the survival rate has climbed significantly and the side effects of treatments have been reduced.  We want to help that climb and ask for your help so that fewer families have to go through the devastation this disease causes.  For us, it's a family effort.  Our kids help raise money to donate and ride with us and friends like Cassie who are still battling their brain tumors.  Here is a recent news update on Cassie http://cbs11tv.com/video/?id=46493@ktvt.dayport.com

 Unfortunately, brain tumors continue to kill more kids every year in the US than any other disease. We pray we can help stop that and appreciate your help in the fight for these kids.  On average, 9 children will be diagnosed with brain tumors every day and 40% of them will not survive the first 5 years.  And, the majority of those who survive will have serious life long side effects from the tumor, surgery or medical treatment.
