Even though I'd rather ride this crazy bike, Janet has talked me into running.   I can barely complete a 5K.    This will be my first attempt at an organized run.    Janet is the real runner, she is running too.   She will insist that I complete this run!

 

The ARC provides a day program that Andrea attends 5 days a week.  She has grown enormously under their competent direction.    It is a fantastic organization with fantastic people.  I cannot say enough about them.   Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.    In return for your donation, I will send out a detailed description of what I am sure will be a painful experience, as I watch my wife fly by me in Melrose!
