September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and I am making some noise for childhood cancer by participating in a Heroes Walk in North Jersey on October 14th. This foundation was started nearly three years ago by a boy with cancer because he learned that 1 in every 320 kids is diagnosed with cancer but only 3% of the cancer research money goes to kids cancer research! He is just $80,000 away from raising his first MILLION DOLLARS for research, and I want to help him in his mission to raise funds to fight childhood cancer. Watch Malcolm’s video on this page to see why he started the Make Some Noise Foundation, and see Mrs. Christie’s visit to the foundation offices in January: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUpB8H_3IoA
I hope you will consider making a donation, however large or small, to sponsor my walk/run, or joining the fun and walking with us!
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts and help spread awareness for kids cancer.
Many thanks for your support -- and please don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate or walk too!
