On August 29th I will be participating in the TOBAY Triathlon to raise money for the Lead the Way Fund.  The Lead the Way Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to raise funds in support of disabled US Army Rangers and the families of Rangers who have died, have been injured or are currently serving in harm's way around the world.  The Lead the Way Fund was created in honor of my friend and former teammate, Sgt. James J. Regan.
