It is that time of the year, my annual request for your support of a worthwhile and personal fundraiser.

The 31st Marine Corps Marathon is scheduled for October 29th, 2006 and just like last year, I will be running the SHORTER DISTANCE (10K) of this event with the intent of raising awareness of Autism and funds for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR).

Last year, with your support, I was able to raise $3,500, so this year I am shooting for $5,000 with all the proceeds going to OAR, a national non-profit organization that funds research and resources for individuals diagnosed with autism and their families.  Sponsoring online is the most efficient way for me to raise funds for OAR.  Your donations are tax-deductible and you will get an automated confirmation note for tax purposes.  Any and all amounts are appreciated, but of course the more the better.
