What a great day for a race, sunny and not overly warm!  Ted coached Cameron as they ran together through Cameron's first 5K, beating their goal by 3 minutes!  Most the rest of us walked the 3K.  Gretchen, diagnosed on Monday with a broken bone in her foot, cheered from the sidelines.
