This past year two folks Bono and, my pastor, Keith Stewart challenged me about Africa.  A continent and a people that I could easily forget.

I want to invite you to make a difference in the life of folks in Katito, Kenya.  It is a small nondescript village that Spring Creek Church has adopted as a sister community.  Amy, Samuel, Nathan and I are sponsoring a child by the name of Maven.  Samuel reminds us at dinner to pray for Maven.  I began marathoning by fundraising for a charity, Arthritis Foundation.  This time, I am supplementing my travel expenses so more money can go to make a difference.  I want to invite you to join me in making a difference, out of your wealth you can bring joy and hope to one's who need more hope and grace.
