Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

In conjunction with the April 16th American Red Cross Blood drive we are having in honor of CJ, I have decided to also raise money to help educate people on the importance of organ donation.

From now until April 16th, I will be fundraising through the sale of raffle chances.  Each chance costs $1.00.  For every dollar you donate here on my Firstgiving site (or in person) you will receive one raffle chance.  The more you donate, the more you increase your possibility of winning one of the amazing prize packages. (prize packages valued at $9300.00!!!!)

Not only will you receive one chance per dollar you donate, but you can also tell me EXACTLY how you want your chances split up.  If you want all your chances to go towards a specific prize pacakge, just say so.  If you want your chances divided up amongst several packages, thats ok too.  Or, if you don't care, I will disperse your tickets randomly throughout the prize packages.

I encourage you each to read through the prize packages and decide for yourself which ones you want to be part of.  Some of them have HUGE prizes but require you to live in a certain area to use them (or be willing to travel).  Every package is fantastic in its own right but some are definitely geographically specific.  Take a peak at them all and let me know which ones speak to you.

All money raised through the sale of raffle tickets will go directly to the New England Organ Bank.  

Upon CJ's death, we chose to donate his organs. Although it was a heart wrenching decision, it was the ONLY decision we could make.  CJ believed wholeheartedly in organ donation.  He was there when his grandfather (my dad) received his new heart almost 9 years ago.  We know that he would have wanted us to help others even as we said goodbye to the light of our lives.

By making a donation on this site, you are helping the New England Organ Bank continue the good work that they do...and potentially winning a grand prize package.  Your generosity truly can pay off.  It's just that simple. I absolutely believe it's a win/win for all.

No matter how you donate (online or snail mail) I will contact you to ask how you'd like your chances divied up. When donating online, please include your email address (if you have one) so I can contact you asap. Having your email will also help me to notify the winners on April 17th.  

Tickets will be drawn at the end of the blood drive and winners will be notified by me.
