Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! For the past 3 years I have been participating in this wonderful event. I became involved with Melanoma Research Foundation when my good friend and colleague Sabine passed away after battling Melanoma for 4 difficult years. But I also participate in support of my Dad, Sonny, who has successfully dealt with and so far has beaten this horrible cancer. I grew up learning what Melanoma is at a young age. I was three when he was first diagnosed and he has had 2 more reoccurrences that have been treated with very positive results. .

None of us are immune to skin cancer, we have to protect ourselves. It is a cancer that we can take care of because it is so visible. But, left untreated, can be become serious.

Each year we hope to raise more and more for Melanoma research. Little by little we have, but we can't stop yet. Let' keep moving forward. Every little bit helps us to get one step closer to finding a cure. We know Sabine will be cheering us on once more!
