As many of you know I have taken up running over that past several months and have grown to enjoy the pound of my feet on the pavement and the peace I am surround by.  Mostly I have been doing this for myself, but on Saturday August 15, 2009 I am participating in a fund raising event for Seattle's Children’s Hospital. This hospital in particular is very dear to my heart, as it was Cooper Joe Kim's home.  Cooper is the first son to Scott and Kelly Kim and was taken from us too early.  During Cooper’s short time on this earth he made a huge impact on many lives; mine included.  So, this Saturday I will run for Cooper!!
