Our daughter, Laura Mae Hemphill, was stillborn on July 17, 2007 at 37 weeks.  Thank you for your love and support during this most trying time.  There isn’t a moment that goes by that we don’t think about her and miss her.

  

On September 8, we will participate with family and friends in a 5K walk/run to raise money for the Missing GRACE Foundation.  The Missing GRACE Foundation has been instrumental in our grieving and healing process.  Through their resources and personnel support, we are picking up the pieces of our old shattered life and learning how to put them together into our ‘new normal’. 

  

Missing GRACE was started by a Minnesota couple whose daughter, Grace, was stillborn on December 23, 2001 at 33 weeks.

  

I know so many of you have said you are here for us and want to help. This is one way. Whatever you can give is appreciated. You are also more than welcome to join us on September 8 and walk in our daughter’s memory.
