NEW ENGLAND BASSET HOUND RESCUE, INC.

In Memory of Riot (Rye-Man!!)
In memory of: Riot

In Memory of Riot (Rye-Man!!)

As most of you know, MUCH of my time is spent volunteering with New England Basset Hound Rescue. Our annual fundraiser, Woofstock, will be held on September 13 and now's the time I make my appeal for support for our cause. :)

This year I'm raising money in memory of Riot, who passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2007. Riot was the squishiest, sweetest, most agreeable hound that ever waddled this earth (not to mention a famed TV star! -- check out the YouTube video below for his Comcast commercial) He made several appearances at Woofstock and was always available for a good belly rub.  We had a great four years together and I'll never forget that silly face.

NEBHR has rescued over 800 hounds, and as you can guess, our vet bills are tremendous. With only one fundraiser each year, we rely on Woofstock to help us continue doing what we do.

Large or small, your tax-deductible donation makes a difference to all of us, and most importantly to the homeless hounds who are given a second chance.

Thank you for your support!
