Our son is a sweet, loving boy who loves dinosaurs, his sister, playing outside, books and LIVES with an unknown condition every day of his life.  His medical condition is a complete mystery as he's had MRIs, CAT scans, EEGs, Bloodwork, DNA tests; and everything comes back normal. As a young baby, he developed completely normal, but failed to have a speech explosion around 18 months. So after all that they deliver us with the news that most likely he has a pervasive development disorder - otherwise not specified...(on the autism spectrum). 

Currently, Hayden receives private OT and  speech therapy sessions and is under biomedical treatments - - all of which are NOT covered under our insurance at all. 

We join this walk to raise awareness and hope one day that a cure is found! We are so thankful for the wonderful teachers, therapists and doctors our son has that continue searching for any type of treatment that could bring him one step closer to a cure!
