Two years ago I decided that I would join the fun and do the Polar Plunge to raise money for Special Olympics. Never did I imagine I'd get the response I get year after year and feel so amazing after doing it.  

It felt amazing because I knew such a small thing that I did was helping so many individuals that struggle at times and need this extra support to enrich their lives!  Each year my superman and my little darling are at my side and there I am dressed in my "annual plunge" superman t-shirt and swim bottoms..and then in I go.  It sounds crazy in the frigid weather, but yes, it warms the heart.

Special Olympics provides a much-appreciated program for people with special needs who otherwise would not have an organized way to participate in such amazing sporting activities. 

So it's with this, that I'm asking for your help to raise money for such a great cause and if you are really feeling crazy, join me in the jump....you'll never regret you did!  Last year my amazing sister joined me! It was great.

Yep, The Polar Plunge is a fun and crazy event that plays a huge role in raising to help further the mission of the organization and support the amazing athletes that make up Special Olympics Nebraska.
