SPAULDING REHABILITATION HOSPITAL - CAPE COD

East Sandwich, MA | EIN: 04-3071419

As the only facility on Cape Cod offering hospital-level rehabilitation care, Spaulding Cape Cod provides a higher, more intensive level of medical, nursing and therapy services. Our physician-led teams of nurses, therapists and other rehabilitation professionals work together to help patients improve function and attain their greatest potential for independence after illness, injury or surgery. SCC provides comprehensive rehabilitation care for adults, adolescents and children with a wide range of diagnoses, including stroke, heart disease and other complex medical conditions, brain and spinal cord injuries, arthritis, and more. Our extensive outpatient services in Sandwich, Yarmouth, Orleans and Plymouth, adaptive recreation programs and support groups help patients continue their recovery after they are discharged. As a member of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, Spaulding Cape Cod follows the highest standards of rehabilitation care. As a result, our patients recover sooner and get back to their lives at a higher level of ability and independence.
