Greetings and happy summer,

Thank you for supporting me and considering a donation to Minute Man Arc, an agency in Concord, MA.  that offers supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. I have been involved with the agency for many years and recently went off the board of directors. The money raised will go to support the individulas in the family service programs. This is one of the hardest hit programs and where state cuts is having the hardest effect.

I made it through last years race in a steamy hot day and felt o.k.. The photo seen here is after completion. This years race is August 14th at 8 AM in Sharon , MA. I will be doing the 1/2 mile swim and a 12 mile bike ride while my long time friend Maria, will be doing the run for me. The West Streeters (where we grew up) is the name of our team and we are out there to finish and enjoy the after glow with each other.
