My puppy, Rousse, and I will be participating in the Mutt Strut in order to raise money to support the Suffolk Humane Society. Rousse was purchased from a private breeder who is very particular about the people who adopt their puppies.

The dog that appears in the picture is my little Yorkshire terrier. His name is Max, and he was rescued from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. He requires much special care due to his many health problems. He is very precious to Rousse and me, and we will be walking in his honor, especially since Max is far to fragile to be out and about.
