I'm thrilled to announce the first annual Miles for Melanoma 5K Run/Walk on the Universal Studios Backlot!  

My husband and I are honored to be chairing the event and we're confident this inagural Hollywood Run/Walk will be a huge success - thanks to you!   

Money raised will go toward funding critical research in the field of melanoma as well as create education and support programs for melanoma patients and caregivers.  As a three-time melanoma survivor, I can say from personal experience that groups like the Melanoma Research Foundation make the scary, daunting task of confronting cancer seem bearable.    

Melanoma has had a banner year with two new FDA approved drugs - the first in over three decades - and yet there is still a long way to go.  Melanoma continues to be an under-publicized and often misunderstood cancer.  Please support this worthy cause, join the race and fundraise!  If you're not one for exercise, or do better from the the sidelines, donate today and support our efforts!
