Close to one million Americans die each year from heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. My Mum Wendy, pictured,  has had a couple of strokes of varying severity and her boyfriend, Mike recently had Heart surgery to insert stents. Their strength and determination means I am doubley blessed with inspiration to raise awareness and money for Heart and Stroke related research and education.
