Post-Race Update

Remember Reg by supporting my Vancouver half-marathon run on 2nd May 2010 in support of the American Heart Association.

I completed the 21.1 km of the race in 1hr 37m 29s. It was a fun day - and I am very happy with the race and my time! I felt this was a great way to remember Reg - himself a life-long runner.
