Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!  This page is designed for donations to the Iowans for Africa team as a whole.  If you want to donate to an individual team member please select the runner you want to support.

Our team goal is to raise $110,000 to build a school in Mozambique, Africa in a village that we send a mission team to visit each year.  Our missionaries witness school being held under a tree during good weather and not at all during the rainy season.  Through Food for the Hungry we have received permission from the government to build a school which they will staff.  Many children in this area are sponsored by people from our community.

God has touched the lives of over 200 runners to participate in this amazing fund raising team.  We will go to Des Moines on October 17th and complete the Des Moines Marathon and Half Marathon in His honor.  Most of our team are beginning runners, never having run before this experience.  We ask your support in helping our team make a difference in lives of children, for generations to come.
