As most of you know Paige is a member of the Charleston Miracle League. She has been a proud member of the Braves Team.  But what some of you all do not know,  is what the The Charleston Miracle Legue is all about:

The Charleston Miracle League is a baseball league that provides a place for children and adults with mental and physical challenges to play baseball.  Funding for this league comes from grants and donations from the public.  We are always trying to find ways to bring more resources into this league and one method is the Bridging the Gap Through Baseball campaign.  Our goal this year is to rase $50,000 and are in the need of your help.

I will be walking in the Cooper River Bridge Run/Walk.  I would like to challenge everyone to help Paige and the Braves Team out and PLEASE sponsor us!    Paige looks forward to playing baseball every Saturday.  She loves to hear her name being called has whe walks up to bat and when she comes into  home plate.  Her face just lights up.  With out the Charleston Miracle League she would not be able to play baseball.  So please  be a sponsor.  The CML just continues to grow every year.

If you are unable to give financial support, then come out and help us during the games.  The spring season starts March 7, 2009 and we will play every Saturday for the next nine weeks. That is except for the Saturday of the Cooper River Bridge Run.  Please check out the link to the website.
