'Dear friends and family,

I am asking for your support  with runing this marothon . The cause is great and I am doing my part . I had the awesome opportunity to go to China in July on a missionary trip with your help and God did some wonderful work .

I believe that with your help and prayers, I can be successful again and help a cause that is very dear to my heart.

But to do this I will need your help through contributions that will all go the the AIDS awareness and treatment foundations to help those who are less fortunate and can't afford standard health care.

This will be a 26K mile run and ideally would like you to pledge a certain amount for every mile I run or if better suited, you can pledge a flat amount for the entire run.

I truly appreciate anything that you can contribute to this cause, even if it is your best wishes and blessings for as we all know that always goes a long way.

I thank you in advance and will see you at the start and hopefully the finsih line ....
