If you've gotten here you know that I'm raising money again for my 15th(??) Against the Tide Swim in Hopkinton to raise money for the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition. Many years ago I came mostly for the swim -- it's a great, fun warm-up for the many open water swims I do every summer -- but I come back every year for the cause. I come back for family and friends who have battled breast cancer, and I come back to support MBCC's advocacy and education efforts that will help so many others from having to wage their own battles.
