The University of Virginia Children's Hospital is dedicated to the care of children from birth through adolescence. We offer total health care - everything from well-baby visits to heart transplants - and conduct breakthrough research in childhood diseases. Our goal is to enhance the health and well-being of children and families in a warm, friendly environment through collaborative medical care, education, research, and community service. Our services extend from our local area, across the Commonwealth and beyond. Each year, we record nearly 100,000 patient visits.
