Letonja "Punkin" supported this chapter for the cause of lupus by attending our  annual An Evening with Grady Nichols Smooth Jazz Concert.  Her last wish was to attend the concert.  She made it with her parents, relatives and friends.  She passed away at the age of 32 years old after many years of suffering.  She did not have a chance to get married nor to have children.  The many complications she had and she endured, she was ready to go

The jazz concert was wonderful this year.  We surprised Grady with a birthday party.   Punkin's family was there.  We are  working as volunteers to fulfill our Mission.  We ask you to please help us so we can help others.  We are located at 3907 Central * Suite L, Hot Springs.  Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.  After 1 p.m., please call us 501-525-9380 or 800-294-8878. 

 

September 19, 2009 we will host our 12th Annual Terry Paul Thode Lupus Memorial Golf Tournament at Belvedere Golf Resort at 385 Belvedere Drive * Hot Springs.

Entry fee is $65.00 per golf player (all inclusive).  Lunch will be served.  Championship, 4 Person Scramble, Guys, Dolls, Mix.  Sign up as a single or make up your own team.  Call for registration form;  501-525-9380 or 800-294-8878.  Tee time:  8 :30 a.m.  Registration is at 7:30 a.m.
