Dear friends,

I have committed to a 5k hike on November 8th to benefit Gulfside Regional Hospice, a local Hospice organization that assists those with terminal illnesses and their families cope with the hardships they face and prepare for the transition to come.  This type of human service is something that I care very deeply about and I will complete this hike to honor those we have known with terminal illnesses who have (or could have) benefited from such compassionate care in their last stage of life.  Please help support this mission, whether it is with a donation or simply an encouraging word!  To reach my million-dollar goal, I only need 2 cents a centimeter!

Oh, and anyone is welcome to hike with me as well :)
