It's that time of year again. Please donate to the Southern Tier AIDS Program by sponsoring me in the 2010 AIDS Ride for Life. I plan to ride my bike 100 miles around Cayuga Lake to not only raise money for STAP but to raise consciousness about AIDS.

I feel strongly that we need to fight complacency around HIV/AIDS. Imagine: HIV/AIDS has been a fact of life since before my kids were born. Will they ever know a world without AIDS?
