The kids need your help!!
On November 9th, I will run the Athens Classic
Marathon . Completing this 26.2 mile race will be a dream of a lifetime for me. Even more significant is my goal of raising a minimum of $3,200 to benefit the children of Bolder Options as part of the 2008 Bolder Options
Marathon Team.
I have been and will continue to be hard at work training to complete the marathon. In preparation for the race I will run approximately 600 miles, but my success on November 9th will be measured both physically and financially. My training will prepare me to meet the physical challenge, while your donation will contribute to my financial commitment.
Bolder Options matches at-risk youth with community mentors to either run or bike, work on academics, attend community events, and participate in community service. Youth are referred to Bolder Options because they are either first time offenders, truant in school, or referred by a social worker.
