Donations are not easy to come by these days, especially for Animal Rescue Organizations since they DO NOT receive any money from Government Funding. Corporate funds are virtually non-existent these days. They rely solely upon people like you and me to raise the funds needed to offer the daily services and care for these homeless animals. AHS also works with smaller shelters throughout the southeast who are also struggling to keep the doors open.

I am walking in memory of my sweet Sybil Mae (15 May 1994 - 20 March 2010). She participated in 10 AHS Pet Parades over the years.
