Having sucessfully completed one of the seven summits, KIlimanjaro, Tanzania. We are on with our next seven summit challenge, Mt..Aconagua in Argentina.

Training is going well with lots of gym work, local hikes and climbing Mt.Whitney the highest mountain in the contiguous lower 48 states.  Training has also included a booze ban which is making life interesting!!!

Aconcagua, which translates as "Stone Sentinel" is 22,840 ft, making it the highest mountain in the Americas and the highest mountain outside of Asia. This spectacular mountain is surrounded by numerous peaks over 20,000 ft. and the surrounding lowlands (up to 13,000 ft.) consist of beautiful desert landscapes with a large diversity of flora and fauna.

We have chosen UNICEF as our charity which is a very worthy cause that supports and cares for needy children around the world.

All monies raised are going directly to UNICEF any support would be greatly appreciated.  We hope you'll enjoy our on-line blog when we start climbing the mountain.
