2009 marks my fourth Chicago Marathon and third year participating with Team World Vision.  I may not be much of a runner, but my participation is about a lot more than crossing the finish line with a good time.  It's even about a lot more than getting in shape and competing in a fun, world class race.  It's about raising awareness of the pressing needs of children and families in Africa and inviting you to join me and Team World Vision in being part of the solution.  Any gift you can give, no matter how small, will be combined with the gifts of others and put to work by World Vision in alleviating suffering and building better lives for children and families.
