Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. The four of us ran the Chicago Marathon last year for the Cure JM Foundation. It was a thrill to be such a large part of the quest for a cure for Juvenile Myositis, the rare disease that afflicts our son, Eric (diagnosed 1999, age 11, flare 10/05, age 18). Bruce and I actually finished the marathon and considered it a run for our lives. The four of us are scattered this year, however, as many family and friends as possible will participate in D.C., as our battle continues. Eric is in college and on his way to remission, other children aren't as lucky. Thank you for helping us make such a difference in beating this disease. Jacquelyne DenUyl
