As you may, or may not know, I am participating in the Timberman Sprint this August 16th.  It's a way for me to mark a "special" year for myself, and my horse Pepe.  He turned 21, I'll turn 50 this year.  (*gasp*)   I noticed that there was a link to NHHS on the Timberman page, and thought what a great way for me to help them out, since I've been so busy training for this triathlon that I haven't had time to volunteer at the shelter this summer.

If you can, please send $5, $10, whatever you would like, to help out the animals.  I promise I will do my best to finish this tri and not be last (but no promises to that end.)
