Malaria No More Fund

Jean Little's Fundraising Page

Jean Little's Fundraising Page

Dear family and friends,

Last summer I had the opportunity to travel to Senegal, West Africa. It was an incredible journey and a trip of a lifetime. Africa is a continent full of vibrant culture, astounding beauty, and rich history. Yet, it continues to  face one of it's greatest challenges... the disease, malaria!

Every 30 seconds a child will die from malaria in Africa. That's 3,000 children a day... and over 1 million a year. I would like to share with you that there is a simple way that we can help save the lives of millions of African children_by protecting them from this deadly disease. A $10 donation can provide a bednet to protect a family from the mosquitoes that bite at night and spread malaria.

Your gift includes everything necessary to make a difference to end malaria:

*The purchase of the insecticide treated bednet.                                                                  *The transport and distribution of the bednet to Africa.                                        *Education about malaria and how to use the bednet to prevent infection.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.  Many thanks for your support -- together I know that we can help save so many lives.

Please don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
