We are returning to the Race for Grace in the HH100 Bike Ride in Wichita Falls, TX on August 23, 2008 to raise money for International Child Care (ICC). ICC supports Grace Children's Hospital (GCH) in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and other important health programs for children in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. ICC specializes in the treatment of children with tuberculosis, HIV infection, and other serious diseases such as malnutrition, pneumonia and dehydration in a country considered the poorest in the western hemisphere. It also supports rehabilitation programs and provides basic healthcare to children in the poor barrios of the Dominican Republic.

We have worked with the Haitian and Dominican health workers and have seen their courageous efforts to meet the tremendous needs in spite of inadequate funding for equipment, supplies and manpower.
