JA is making a differance in the lives of students here in Middle Tennessee. I am on a team of bowlers, each trying to raise and exceed a goal of $125.00 per bowler. This amount will send a trained JA volunteer into a classroom to inspire and help the students understand the connection between the classroom and the real-world.  It supports JA BizTOWN! which is a week in a building that has a real street with 10 or so businesses. The kids have to interview to be come the business owners and run them for a week ( banks, toystore, street cleaner and the Mayor).  No student should graduate high school without being exposed to this program."
