As a few of you know I've spent a few years volunteering for the US Olympic Committee in their efforts to bring the games to Chicago. As I'm getting ready to move to San Francisco I've been looking into volunteering for the Special Olympics while out there. Serendipity occured and I came upon an event here in Chicago benefitting Special Olympics Chicago. As my farewell to this city and a last hurrah I've decided to take the Plunge... The Polar Plunge to be exact! Yes, on 06 March at 10h00 I'll be voluntarily running into Lake Michigan.
I have already hit my 2 initial goals ($125 minimum and $500 grand) in ONE DAY, but I would love to see how much further we can take this! So, in order to raise more I've come up with a few clever ways to motivate your wallets to open. With your donation, feel free mark me up and write on my body with what you wish. Just remember that this is a charity! (That means YOU Cory!)
SO, please consider donating to this wonderful event
Here's what I'm thinking for sponsoring a body part for you to either place your company name/logo (to the best of my drawing ability) or anything else you are creative enough to come up with...
I will do EVERYTHING I CAN to get you get a clear image of your words...
Remember, the more body parts sponsored the less covered up I will be and the colder I'll get...
$35/arm
$35/calf
$45/thigh
$50/chest

I can't thank you enough for even considering donating!
