THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Check out my picture from 2011. It was cold and the water was colder. Total immersion was promised and fulfilled. Now its 2012 and its time to start again. Team Jonathan (my son) was the top fundraising  team in VA with less than 20 people. We are aiming higher this year with a team goal of $20,000. I am starting a Special Olympics softball program this year and we have lots of participants. All programs are free to the athletes and we are the #1 fundraiser for our local program. All donations go directly to benefit Chesapeake Special Olympics. No overhead, no paid staff.

Special Olympics uses sports as a catalyst to change society’s perceptions and treatment of people with intellectual disabilities. By sponsoring me in the Polar Plunge® you are helping Special Olympics continue its mission to change the lives of more than 10,000 athletes across our Commonwealth.
