Jeff Romig's Fundraising Page
On Feb. 24, 1996, my dad, Steve Romig, took his own life.
He was a good man, a great lawyer and an avid tennis player. He should have had more than 47 years with us.
In 2010, I wrote about what I learned from him after his death. You can read that here.
This year, I've written about some things a learned from him while he was alive. That story is here.
The opportunity to share my stories after 16 years and keep my dad's memory alive on the Grief Awareness Blog came through my work with an amazing organization in Atlanta.
Kate's Club works to empower children ages 5 to 18 after the loss of a parent or a sibling. I joined the Kate's Club Board last year, and it's an organization I'm very passionate about.
If you can, I be honored if you'd support Kate's Club in memory of my dad with a contribution of $16, $47 or anything you can afford. I've set up a personal fundraising page in honor of dad that you can visit here.
Thank you so much for helping me keep his memory alive,
Sincerely,
Jeff
